As soon as Papi left for school Friday night, Bethany and I started to decorate the living room with some hearts. If you look closely, you may notice that she is wearing a skirt that I made with left over tissue paper from Christmas. With the same paper Bethany and I made a piƱata. Then we made muffins and decorated them with homemade icing which it came out really good.

After all the cake batter and icing licking, Bethany got really wild and started to run, jump and sing all over the house. I had to take pictures and shoot some video. It was so much fun. Papi came home with a beautiful bouquet of red roses. So sweet!

Today (Valentine’s day), I was supposed to work but the flu had other plans for me. I have not been feeling good at all today but I can't complain too much, I have a wonderful daughter and a great husband that has been taking good care of me. I am so blessed to have them. The best part of it all is that I have them for eternity.
